OPINION AND ORDER re: 49 MOTION to Dismiss Complaint filed by Sandrea S. Thomas O'Neil. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motions to dismiss are GRANTED. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Amended Complai nt is dismissed in its entirety, without leave to amend, which would be futile.
