June 23, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 100 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: re: 73 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Corinne Rello-Anselmi, Douglas Knecht, Dennis Walcott, New York City Department of Education, City of New York. The Court has considered all of the arguments raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are either moot or without merit. For the foregoing reasons, the defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing this action . However, the plaintiff's state law claim for defamation by implication is dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
