ORDER denying #13 Motion to Dismiss. On March 11, 2014, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the complaint under Rule 12(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. On March 12, 2014, the Court issued an order granting Plaintiff until April 1, 2014, to file an amended complaint or an opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss. On April 1, 2014, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, and on April 22, 2014, Defendants filed a new motion to dismiss. Accordingly, Defendants' original motion to dismiss the complaint is denied as moot. Plaintiff's opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss is due May 6, 2014.
