Filing 16 ORDER AND OPINION. For the reasons in this Order and Opinion, the defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, the Title VII retaliation claim for failure to rehire related to Khan's filing of the Decem ber 21, 2011 EEOC complaint survives. Moreover, the NYCHRL retaliation claims against Carlo for direct individual liability and aider and abettor liability, as well as against Hilton for vicarious liability, remain. All other claims are DISMISSED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate ECF No. 10. re: 10 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint with Prejudice filed by Derrick Carlo, Hilton Worldwide, Inc. (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
