OPINION AND ORDER re: 14 MOTION to Dismiss or Transfer filed by Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, Marriot International, Inc. Weighing the factors set forth above, the Court in its discretion determines that Defendants have me t their burden of demonstrating by "clear and convincing evidence" that transfer is appropriate. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendants' motion to transfer is granted, and that this action shall be transferred to the District of Puerto Rico.
