Plaintiff may disagree with the Second Circuit's reading of the ADA and ADEA statutory language, but it cannot be argued that the Second Circuit's unambiguous view must control here. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Firs t Claim under the ADA and Third Claim under the ADEA are dismissed as against individual Defendants Morley, Holmen, and Ou.
