For the foregoing reasons, Norvik's motion to dismiss pursuant to forum non conveniens is GRANTED, subject to the conditions that a Latvian court is willing to hear the case and that defenda nts waive any jurisdictional defenses and any defenses based upon statute of limitations that may have arisen since the filing of the case in this forum. The remaining pending motions are DENIED as moot. This Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce any Latvian judgment that Golden Horn might obtain against Norvik against the funds attached here by Golden Horn. Therefore, this action is hereby STAYED pending resolution of the Latvian proceedings. The parties are directed to provide the Court a status update within ninety days of the date of this Opinion and Order.
