For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' three motions to dismiss the Amended Complai nt are GRANTED, and all claims are hereby dismissed. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend. Any further amended complaint, to the extent permitted by this opinion, shall be filed on or before July 24, 2015. If no such amended complaint is filed b y July 24, 2015, the dismissal shall be with prejudice and the case shall be closed. The Court also GRANTS Plaintiff's request that it "add page 20 to page 20 of [her] Amended Complaint." (Dkt. No 47.)
