OPINION AND ORDER re: 43 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by World of Boxing LLC, Vladimir Hrunov, Andrey Ryabinskiy. For the reasons set forth above, WOB is entitled to two remedies. First, the money currently in the esc row account must be returned to WOB. Second, King must pay WOB an amount equal to the costs enumerated in WOB's moving papers, minus: (1) The $800,000 initially paid to King (which accounts for the money currently in escrow, plus the $ 250,000 non-refundable portion distributed to King); (2) The revenue that WOB has retained from non-refunded ticket sales. WOB is also entitled to prejudgment interest on the resulting sum, to be calculated from the date of the breach - April 25, 201 4. WOB is ordered to submit a proposed final judgment, calculating the exact damages award in accordance with this Opinion, no later than close of business on February 9, 2015. OPINION AND ORDER #104832: For the foregoing reasons, WOB's partial motion for summary judgment as to liability is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this motion (Dkt.
