OPINION AND ORDER: re: 133 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by David M. Naseman, 123 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Cohen Lans LLP. For the foregoing reasons, Cohen Lans' and the additional Counterclaim-Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and Nasemans motion for summary judgment is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Cohen Lans in the amount of $651,867.68 plus nine percent prejudgment interest from March 1, 2008.
