Pheonix: For the reasons discussed above, the Commissioner� 39;s determination that Phoenix was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act is supported by substantial evidence. The Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 20) is GRANTED and Phoenix's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 16) is DENIED. The Clerk of Court shall close the case.
