ORDER: On September 30, 2015, this Court issued an Opinion and Order dismissing all crossclaims and third-party claims brought by Jackson Su ("Su") and Chun Yi George Huang ("Huang"). Doc. 38. Su's claims were all dismissed with prejudice, while Huang was granted leave to file an amended complaint. Id. The Court directed Huang that if he chose to file an amended complaint he must do so by November 2, 2015. Doc. 40. To date, Huang has not filed an amended complaint, nor has he communicated with the Court in any way requesting additional time to file.
