Plaintiff's complaint, filed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1), is dismissed under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). Plaintiff is enjoined from filing new actions in forma pauperis until a determination is made in Seals v. McClurkin, No. 14-CV-6080 (LAP), regarding whether Plaintiff should be barred from filing further cases IFP. All other pending matters are terminated. The Clerk of Court is directed to accept no further submissions under this docket number, except for papers directed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
