October 29, 2014	Filing 9 DECISION AND ORDER. In any event, as a result of her conviction, petitioner's request for release from pre-trial detention is moot. See Reed v. Caulfield, 734 F. Supp. 2d 23, 24 (D. D.C. 2010) (citing Thorne v. Warden, 479 F.2d 297 (2d Cir.1973)). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing the petition. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
