OPINION AND ORDER re: 51 MOTION to Amend/Correct Second Amended Complaint. filed by The Najjar Group, LLC. Plaintiff moves for leave to file a third amended complaint. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for leave t o file a third amended complaint is denied. Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint remains its operative pleading in this action. See SAC (ECF No. 22). Consistent with the parties' request at the post-discovery conference, see ECF No. 62, t hey are to jointly propose a briefing schedule for motions for summary judgment and indicate whether they may be amenable to a settlement conference no later than March 7, 2017.
