Furguson, Global Ca dillac Company, 51 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings supplement: to Dkt 49, Notice of Motion filed by Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, Steven Cannon, 55 MOTION to Dismiss . MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings fil ed by Sue Silverman, Pepe Auto Group: For the foregoing reasons, the GM Defendants' motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(6) and the Mercedes Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings are granted in their entirety. In addition, the Pepe Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted in part: the only remaining claims against them are claims that they violated Plaintiff's rights under the ADA. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate docket entr ies 45, 51, and 55. The parties remaining in this litigation are further ORDERED to appear for a pretrial conference on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at 4:30 p.m., in Courtroom 618 of the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse.
