ORDER for 16 Report and Recommendations, 9 Motion to Dismiss, Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Commissioner of Social Security. Having conducted a review of the record, and for the reasons stated above, this Court finds that it was not clear error for Judge Dolinger to find that Defendant's motion for summary judgment should be granted. For the reasons stated above, the R&R is adopted in its entirety, and Defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 9) and to close this case. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to mail a copy of this order via certified mail to pro se Plaintiff Wendell Hall, 2145 Bruckner Boulevard, Apt. 1B, Bronx, NY 10472.
