OPINION AND ORDER re: 34 MOTION to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) filed by Viber Media, Inc. For the reasons stated above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED on Plaintiffs' mi sappropriation of a business idea claim, but DENIED as to their misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the parties shall appear on April 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. for a post-discov ery conference. As referenced in the case management plan and scheduling order (Doc. No. 22), any party wishing to make a post-discovery motion shall submit a pre-motion letter by April 15, 2016; the non-moving party shall respond within three business days.
