Defendants' Motion to Strike the Class Allegations is DEN IED. Defendants' partial motion to dismiss certain allegations in support of Plaintiffs' breach of contract claim is DENIED.Plaintiffs' breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and intentional interference with contract claims are dismissed.
