MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Aside from the confidentiality and Named Plaintiff release issues discussed above, the Court finds the parties' settlement agreement to be fair and reasonable. Nonetheless, the Court cannot approve the settlement as curren tly proposed. As a result, the parties are hereby ordered to meet and confer about the settlement and file a revised settlement proposal on or before April 8, 2016. (As further set forth in this Order.)
