Filing 70 OPINION & ORDER re: 40 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Class Action Complaint. filed by Chrysler Group LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Chrysler's motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. All dismissals are without pre judice. The dispositions of plaintiffs' 38 claims are further set forth in this order. The schedule for plaintiffs' filing of a second amended complaint (the "Second Amended Complaint") and associated briefing shall be as follows : (1) plaintiffs shall file the Second Amended Complaint not later than 14 days from the date of entry of this order; (2) Chrysler shall answer or move to dismiss not later than 21 days after the filing of the Second Amended Complaint; (3) plainti ffs shall file their opposition not later than 21 days after Chrysler files its opening brief; (4) Chrysler shall file its reply not later than 7 days after plaintiffs file their opposition.
