Filing 21 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 11 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. filed by Oscar King, Oliver King Enterprises, Inc., Jian Guo Wang. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's FLSA claim is GRANTED with prejudice; Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's NYLL claim is GRANTED without prejudice; and Plaintiff's request to amend his Complaint is DENIED.
