Filing 12 OPINION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL re: 10 MOTION to Seal filed by Rahul Manchanda, Esq. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. Plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice because the Court must abstain under Younger from adjudicating his claims. Plaintiff's motion to seal is DENIED, and his request for injunctive relief is DENIED as moot. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing the complaint and to close this case. (Signed by Judge Lorna G. Schofield on 1/6/2015) (mro) Modified on 1/6/2015 (mro). |
