Filing 88 OPINION & ORDER re: 67 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Villegas, Sucuzhanay, Russell Greene, City of New York, Brian Hughes, Mankov, William Bratton, John Kaiser, Dominick Maranzano: For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment on all of Lin's claims, except for her claim under § 1983 against Officers Maranzano and Sucuzhanay of an illegal search and seizure to the extent based on the search and seiz ure of her purse. The Court directs counsel to meet and confer in person by Friday, January 13, 2017, to discuss potential settlement of this matter, and to submit a letter to the Court by Tuesday, January 17, 2017, reporting on whether the case has settled. If it does not, the Court will set a prompt schedule for pretrial submissions and, thereafter, a trial date. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. 67.
