Filing 60 OPINION AND ORDER re: 35 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Anthony E. Jones, Local 1151 Americasn Federation of Government Employees (AKGE), 48 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Michael Branam, Joseph Corretjer, I ra Tasman, C. Barnes, Jivan Ji Kaur Soverall, Doretha Turner, Bruce Weston, Angel Perez, Department of Homeland Security, Justine Greene, United States Department of Veterans, Ana Davis, Steinbackstabber, George Seper, Arlyn De La Rosa . For the reasons set forth above, the Court GRANTS Defendants' motions to dismiss. However, the Court also GRANTS Plaintiff leave to amend her Title VII discrimination claim against her former employer, the VA. Accordingly, IT IS HE REBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint by May 4, 2016. Plaintiff is reminded that if she files such an amended complaint, she must name VA Secretary Robert A. McDonald as the sole defendant on behalf of the VA. The Clerk of th e Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff at the address listed below and to terminate the motions pending at docket entries 35 and 48.
