ORDER: The Court has determined that the complaints in these actions relate to the same underlying events and assert the same or substantially the same claims. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the 13 above-referenced cases, along with any cases hereinafter filed or transferred to this Court, are consolidated pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a) (the "Consolidated Action"). They shall be collectively referred to as In re "M/V Suez Canal Bridge" Litigation, Master File No. 14-cv-3711 (RJS). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT every filing in the Consolidated Action shall have the following caption; as set forth herein. When a filing is intended to apply to all actions, the words "All Actions" shall appear immediately after "THIS DOCUMENT RELATES TO:" in the caption set forth above. When a filing is intended to be applicable to Jess than all such actions, the party filing the document shall indicate, immediately after the words "THIS DOCUMENT RELATES TO:," the action(s) to which the document is intended to be applicable and the docket number(s). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT a Master File shall be established for the consolidated proceedings in the Consolidated Action. The Master File shall be Civil Action No. 14-cv-3711.
