CLERK'S JUDGMENT re: 53 Order on Motion to Enforce Judgment, in favor of Fernando Barbecho, Ibrahim Akay, Jane Doe, Jason Jeffers, Juan Muniz Vidal, Kashiem Moore, Sk. Rownakul Islam against Matrat LLC, RRCTG, Inc., Shayan Holding Corp., Tas Bakery Incorporated, Tareq Ahmed in the amount of $ 660,000.00. It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Order dated August 30, 2021, Plaintiff's motion to enforce the sett lement agreement is granted, in part, and denied, in part. Judgment is entered in Plaintiff's favor for $660,000, the amount owed pursuant to the parties' settlement agreement, plus post-judgment interest at the statutory rate. Plainti ff's request for attorneys' fees is denied without prejudice to the filing of a properly-supported motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d). ORDER with respect to 48 Motion to Enforce Judgment re: 48 MOTION to Enforce Judgment . On September 21, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Enforce the Settlement Agreement in this action, see docket entry 48, with an a ccompanying memorandum of law and declaration of Anne Seelig, Esq, in support of the motion. (See docket entry nos. 49-50.) No opposition to Plaintiff's motion has been filed by the Defendants. The Court hereby directs the parties to file a status report, by July 30, 2021, as to the performance of the settlement agreement and whether it remains necessary for the Court to address Plaintiff's motion.
