OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss, MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed by The Ashley Law Firm, PLLC, Mitchel Ashley, 17 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Arthur Blitz, Shandell, Blitz, Blitz & Ashley, LLP, Ge rsowitz Libo and Korek, P.C. For the reasons that follow, the motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is granted in part and the motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim is granted in part.
