Defendant Continental Casualty Company's motion for summary judgment is granted with respect to South's employment discrimination and hostil e work environment claims under the ADEA and NYSHRL. This Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over South's NYCHRL, which are dismissed without prejudice.
