MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: denying as moot 14 Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part 15 Motion to Compel Arbitration; granting 15 Letter Motion to Stay. For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion to compel arbitration an d stay the action is granted in part in that the Court finds that the question of arbitrability must be decided by arbitration. The remainder of defendants' motion is denied as moot. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motions pe nding at ECF Nos. 14 and 15 and to mark this case stayed. Defendants are directed to file a brief letter every 60 days informing the Court of the status of the arbitration. The first such report shall be due June 24, 2016. SO ORDERED.
