OPINION AND ORDER: Petitioner Mondis Technology Ltd. ("Mondis") petitions for confirmation of an arbitral award entered in its favor against Respondent Wistron Corporation ("Wistron") under the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA "), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and the United Nations Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the "New York Convention" or "Convention"), 21 U.S.T. 2517, codified at 9 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Wistron opposes the petition and requests that the Court refuse to enter, recognize, or enforce the arbitral award. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the foregoing reasons, the petition to confirm the Final Award is granted. Wistron is directed to pay the full amount of the award plus interest and costs.
