Spizz and Todtman are jointly and severally liable for the amount due for 2009 and 2010, totaling $698,893.31. See Beeler, 894 F. Supp. at 770 ([R]esponsible persons are to be held jointly and severally liable for the amount of any one hundred percent penalty. (citing Sinder v. United States, 655 F.2d 729, 732 (6th Cir. 1981); Brown v. United States, 591 F.2d 1136, 1142 (5th Cir. 1979))). Spizz is liable for the amount due for 2011 and 2012, totaling$582,213.09.The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case.
