OPINION & ORDER re: 89 MOTION for Attachment of Defendants' Real Property in Vermont filed by MFW Associates, LLC; 94 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Steven Plausteiner, Susan Plausteiner; 107 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by MFW Associates, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants the Plausteiners' motion for summary judgment, on the ground that this lawsuit is precluded by res judicata. Accordingly, the MFW's m otion for summary judgment is denied, and its motion for an attachment of real property is denied as moot. OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion for reconsideration is denied. Defendants' motion for a stay of discovery is, therefore, also denied, as moot.
