November 1, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 17 OPINION AND ORDER re: 15 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings AND Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Commissioner of Social Security; re: 12 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadin gs, filed by Kenute H. Campbell. For the reasons set forth above, the Commissioner's determination that Campbell was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act during the period from May 13, 2010 to January 29, 2014 is supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 15) is GRANTED and Campbell's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 12) is DENIED.
