Filing 87 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in this Memorandum and Order, the Michigan Defendants' motion to transfer this case to the Eastern District of Michigan pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this case accordingly. In light of that decision, the Court denies as moot the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and a recently filed request to extend the time for discovery. This resolves Docket Nos. 31, 66, and 85. SO ORDERED. Denying as moot 31 Motion to Dismiss; Granting 66 Motion to Transfer Case; Denying as moot 85 SECOND LETTER MOTION for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery addressed to Judge Alison J. Nathan from Solomon M. Radner dated 09/12/2016. Document filed by Johnny Tlapanco. (Signed by Judge Alison J. Nathan on 9/15/2016) (rjm) |
