MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED, and the case is dismissed. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket No. 46; to mail a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and O rder to Diango; and to close the case.
