OPINION & ORDER re: 48 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint with prejudice filed by Jacob Arabo, Jacob & Company Watches, Inc., 44 FIRST MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint with Prejudice filed by MG Security Services LLC, [ 51] CROSS MOTION for Extension of Time to Serve Complaint filed by William E. Green. The Defendants motions to dismiss are granted in part and denied in part. Greens cross-motion for an extension of time to serve process is granted. Green has 30 days from the day ofthis Opinion & Order within which to serve Jacob & Co. and file proof of service with the Court.
