Macaulay, Rebecca Camden, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC,, Cowen and Company, LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Joan S. For all of the foregoing reasons, defendants' joint motion to dismiss the consolidated amended complaint in these consolidated cases [DI #44 in 15-cv-3733 and DI #28 in 15-cv-3796] is granted to the extent that the action is dismissed as against all defendants except CHC and denied as to CHC only on the ground that the continuation of this action as against it is precluded by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). In view of the fact that this ruling finally disposes of all claims against all defendants save CHC (and, as a practical matter, in its entirety), there is no just reason for delay. The Clerk shall enter final judgment dismissing the action as to all defendants other than CHC. She shall transfer the case, inso far as it is brought against CHC to the suspense docket and close the case for administrative purposes. (As further set forth in this Memorandum Opinion.)
