The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Petitioners and against Respondent in the amount of the sum of the following: (1) $74,911.13, the amount of the award; (2) interest on $74,911.13, the amount of the award, calculated at an annual rate of 5.25% from December 6, 2014 through the date of judgment; and (3) $2,992.50 in attorney's fees. The Clerk of Court is then directed to close this case. Petitioners are directed to mail a copy of this opinion to Respondent. (As further set forth in this Order.) (Signed by Judge Gregory H.
