Filing 23 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: The Banks' selection and use of correspondent bank accounts in New York provides a sufficient basis for a court to assert personal jurisdiction over them. Accordingly, this Court vacates the Bankruptcy Court's orders dismissing with prejudice the Committee's underlying adversary proceedings against each Bank, and remands them to the Bankruptcy Court. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge George B. Daniels on 3/30/2016) (ama) |
