On July 28, 2015, the Court directed the Clerk of Court to place this action on the suspense docket. Since then, the Court has requested periodic status updates from the parties. On March 25, 2022, the Court directed Plaintiff to submit an update on or before September 25, 2022. To date, the Court has not received said update. No later than May 29, 2020, Plaintiff shall submit a status update to the Court. If Plaintiff fails to do so, the Court may dismiss this action for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) Plaintiff shall provide a copy of this Order to Defendant.
