Filing 69 OPINION & ORDER: re: 56 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Med- Art Saglik Hizmetleri Ve Kuyumculuk San. Tic. Ltd. Sti., Med Art, Inc., Emil Guzelis. For the reasons stated above, the Court DENIES the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for lac k of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens, without prejudice. The Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Copyright and Lanham Act claims, as well as the false advertising, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment claims. This resolves Docket No. 56. Filing 40 OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's request for jurisdictional discovery is GRANTED and Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff has until June 13, 2016 to complete jurisdictional discov ery, at which point the parties shall submit a joint letter informing the court of a proposed date for the Rule 16 conference or a briefing schedule for Defendants' renewed Motion to Dismiss.
