September 1, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 66 OPINION AND ORDER re: 27 MOTION to Dismiss filed by New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University, 31 MOTION to Dismiss filed by City of New York. For the reasons stated above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the C ity and the Hospital Defendants' motions to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint with prejudice are granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's claims against Dr. Sharon Hird are dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT leave to amend the complaint is denied. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at docket numbers 27 and 31 and to close this case. The Clerk of the Court is also respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. (As further set forth in this Opinion and Order.) (Signed by Judge Richard J.
