MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs' motion to amend is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiffs may amend their complaint to remove class-related allegations, add Parish K. Brown as a Plaintiff, add Krystal Pescato re as a Defendant, add Maldonado's retaliation claims under FLSA and the NYLL, and add Lopez and Maldonado's claims of hostile work environment based on national origin under the NYCHRL.
