OPINION AND ORDER re: 81 FIRST MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by The City of New York, Larry Wilson, Dora Schriro: Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, the Court grants so much of the motion as it seeks dismissal of Plaintiff's excessive force claims and fourth amendment claims with respect to the strip searches detailed in Paragraphs 40, 44, 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65, 67, 70, 73, 76, 78, and 81 of the 56.1 Statement , and denies Defendants' motion for summary judgment with respect to the remaining strip search claims. The parties are directed to appear for a status conference on March 8, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to term inate the motion (Doc. 81), to dismiss Dora Schriro, Larry Wilson, and Captain John Doe 1 of Green Haven Correctional Facility as Defendants, and to mail a copy of this order to Bradshaw.
