OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Begonja's claims are referred to arbitration, the present action is stayed pending the outcome of arbitration, and defendants' request for fees and costs is denied. The Clerk of Court i s directed to close the motion pending at docket number 20, and to place this case on the suspense docket. The parties are directed to submit a joint status letter to the Court every 90 days, measured from the date of this decision, advising it as to the status of the arbitration proceedings.
