OPINION & ORDER....Ballabons September 25, 2015 petition to vacate the February 26, 2015 Award is denied. Pursuant to Section 9 of the FAA, which mandates confirmation of an arbitral award upon denial of a motion to vacate or modify, the Award is co nfirmed. Because the Court finds that the arguments and evidence submitted with Ballabons reply memorandum do not alter the decision reached here, Straight Paths October 23 motion to strike is denied as moot.
