May 12, 2016	Filing 83 OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons above, the Court denies ABC's motion to dismiss Taft's BSA whistleblower claim. On the facts pled in the SAC, Taft acted independently of ABC in providing information to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York-for these purposes a "Federal supervisory agency"-regarding a possible violation of the Travel Rule under the BSA. Filing 83 OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons above, the Court denies ABC's motion to dismiss Taft's BSA whistleblower claim. On the facts pled in the SAC, Taft acted independently of ABC in providing information to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York-for these purposes a "Federal supervisory agency"-regarding a possible violation of the Travel Rule under the BSA.
