OPINION & ORDER....Defendants have moved to dismiss the entirety of the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). Because of the reservation of rights in the Starwood loan application, plaintiffs have failed to plead reasonable reliance on Starwoods oral assurances and the motion to dismiss is granted....The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment for the defendants and close the case.
