Filing 126 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 124 MOTION for Reconsideration re; 121 Clerk's Judgment, filed by Larry Pouncy. By Opinion and Order entered September 25, 2017, the Court granted Defendant's motion for summary judgment in i ts entirety and denied Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in its entirety, dismissing all of Plaintiffs claims and closing this case. (Docket No. 120). On October 25, 2017, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed a motion for reconsideration of that decision. (Docket No. 124). Upon review of Plaintiff's papers, that motion is DENIED. Reconsideration of Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status on appeal is also denied. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket No. 124 and to mail a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Order to Plaintiff. The case remains closed, and as further set forth herein. Filing 120 OPINION AND ORDER re: 78 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Advanced Focus LLC, Todd Biederman, Sara Solomon-White, Bradley (Brad) Solomon, 99 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Larry Pouncy, 92 MOTION for Summary Ju dgment, filed by Larry Pouncy. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in its entirety, and all of Pouncy's claims are dismissed. It follows that Pouncy's cross-motion for summary judgment m ust be and is denied. This Court certifies, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is thus denied to Pouncy. See Coppe dge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket Nos. 78, 92, and 99, to close this case, and to mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to Pouncy, and as further set forth herein.
